Acupuncture is a holistic health technique that stems from Traditional Chinese Medicine practices in which trained practitioners stimulate specific points on the body by inserting thin needles into the skin. Surprisingly, although needles are used in acupuncture, treatments are relatively pain-free. This service isn't available yet.
Tui Na / Massage
The term tui na (pronounced "twee naw"), which literally means "pinch and pull," refers to a wide range of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapeutic massage and bodywork. Tui na is not generally used for pleasure and relaxation, but rather as a treatment to address specific patterns of disharmony. Used in conjunction with Acupuncture. $70.
Smith Holistic Care offers a wide variety of Chinese herbs explicitly tailored to a patient's treatment plan and are designed for that patient only. Herbs come in raw, powder, and pill form. Prices may vary.
Health and Wellness Coaching
Health and wellness coaches support clients in activating internal strengths and external resources to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle behavior changes. Health coaches use a client-centered approach wherein clients decide their goals, engage in self-discovery or active learning processes, and self-monitor behaviors to increase accountability, all within the context of an interpersonal relationship with a health coach. Whatever goal the client sets, the health coach ensures they are supported until the desired outcome is achieved. Our coaches display unconditional positive regard for their clients and have trained in the highest standards in the profession which means they have the skills and knowledge to walk alongside you on your path to your healthiest self.

Pranic Healing is a systematized form of energy healing. Based on the idea that our physical body is interconnected with our energy field, and harnessing prana or vital energy to treat the energy field produces healing in the physical body. It uses a no-touch method to clear away congestion, or to reinforce areas of low vitality in a step-by-step approach. By re-patterning the energy body it helps alleviate or prevent physical and psychological conditions.
